The Art of Deep Rest

An invitation to slow down and experience deep, intentional rest. We’ll begin with gentle movement to help the body settle, then transition into Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep—a guided meditation practiced lying down, where the body rests deeply while awareness remains present. The experience will be accompanied by a soothing sound bath, creating space for relaxation, restoration, and simply being.

An invigorating, breath-led flow designed to build strength, tone, and mobility. Accessible to all levels, with modifications offered throughout.
Thursdays Gentle Yoga
4:15–5:15 PM
A grounding, restorative practice focused on gentle movement, mobility, relaxation, and nervous system support. Suitable for all levels
Booking Your Spot
To officially reserve your space, payment must be received at the time of registration.
You may choose your preferred payment option below. If paying by credit card, please note a 2.9% processing fee will be added. If you select this option, a payment email will be sent to you with instructions to complete your registration.
For cash or check payments, you may meet me at the studio before or after class, or use the drop slot at the studio door. Please place your payment in an envelope with your name, the event or program you’re registering for, and your phone number.
If you have not received a confirmation message from me within 24 hours of submitting payment, please reach out directly so I can ensure your spot is secured.
