This is an invitation to meet yourself through the doorway of the breath.

Breath is more than a physiological function—it is a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, between what we know and what lives beneath the surface. In this session, we’ll explore breath as a subtle language… one that reveals patterns, emotions, memories, and sensations stored in the body.

We’ll begin slowly, with grounding practices and simple breath awareness to help you arrive and orient within yourself. From there, you’ll be guided through a variety of breath meditations and somatic explorations—using the breath as a mirror to listen, feel, and deepen your connection to the body.

As the session unfolds, we will gradually build into a more dynamic breathwork practice. This style of breathing can open space for emotional release, insight, and expanded awareness. You are always in choice—moving at your own pace, honoring your body’s intelligence, and staying within your own edges.

This is not about forcing an experience—
but about creating the conditions for something true to emerge.

 What you may experience:
• Heightened body awareness and sensation
• Emotional release or subtle shifts
• Clarity, insight, or imagery
• A sense of expansion, grounding, or deep presence

What to bring:
• A journal & pen (for integration and reflection)
• Water (hydration is important before and after breathwork)
• Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in
• A blanket or eye cover if you’d like extra comfort

 What to expect:
• A safe, guided container with clear instructions and support
• Progressive breath practices, from gentle to more activating
• Time for integration, stillness, and grounding at the end
• Optional sharing or quiet reflection

This work invites you into a deeper relationship with your inner world—
not to fix or change it, but to listen and allow it to unfold.
