Restorative Yoga
& Sound Immersion

Join me for a Sunday afternoon devoted to deep rest—not just as a concept, but as a lived experience in the body.
Restorative yoga is a practice of being held. Rather than stretching or efforting, we use props—blankets, pillows, bolsters, blocks—to fully support the body in each shape, allowing the muscles, fascia, and deeper layers of holding to unwind naturally, without force. When the body feels supported, it begins to let go in ways that cannot be pushed or achieved through effort.
We will move slowly through 5–6 gentle, floor-based postures, each held for about 10–15 minutes. These longer holds create the conditions for the nervous system to downshift, for breath to deepen on its own, and for subtle layers of tension—physical, emotional, energetic—to begin to soften and release.
The session will be accompanied by a crystal bowl sound immersion.
This is not a practice of doing, it’s a practice of allowing.
A space where you don’t have to hold yourself together.
A space where the body can be held, and slowly remember how to let go.
What to bring:
• 2 blankets (one to support your body, one to cover yourself)
• 2 pillows (for additional comfort and layering)
We will have props available, but the more you bring, the more personalized and cozy your experience can be.
What to expect:
• Minimal movement, mostly floor-based
• Long, supported holds
• A quiet, low-light, nurturing environment
• Optional hands-on Reiki (always with consent)
• A closing sound journey to integrate and deepen the experience
This session is especially supportive if you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, holding chronic tension, or simply in need of a space to land and be.
