Step into strength and vitality with our 4-week Fit Flow series,
meeting every Tuesday and Thursday.
This energizing program is designed to help you move with purpose,
build strength, and recharge both body and mind.
Along the way, you’ll be part of a supportive community of women
who uplift and inspire one another through every session.
Fit Flow runs in ongoing 4-week cycles, and new members
are always welcome at the start of each round.​​

Membership Option:
$100 for 4 weeks (8 sessions) — includes access to an online class library if you miss a session.
Walk-In Option:
$18 per class, if space is available.
Time: 5:30–6:45 PM

Weight Training: Incorporating weights into your yoga program adds an element of resistance training, which is essential for building lean muscle mass, increasing metabolism, and improving bone density.

Mindfulness Practice: Mindfulness is the practice of bringing focused attention to the present moment without judgment. Integrating mindfulness into our yoga sessions cultivates self-awareness, reduces anxiety, and promotes emotional resilience. By learning to observe thoughts and sensations without attachment, you can cultivate a greater sense of inner peace, clarity, and balance in your daily life.

Shavasana (Corpse Pose): Shavasana is a vital component of any yoga practice, offering profound relaxation and integration after physical exertion. It allows the body to rest deeply while the mind remains alert, facilitating the assimilation of the benefits gained from the practice. Shavasana promotes stress relief, improves sleep quality, and fosters a sense of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
